BOOKING POLICIES

 
 

Before booking an appointment, please read the following policies: 

  • If you are booking a microblading appointment, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment at the time of scheduling. The deposit will be credited toward the procedure fees on the day of your appointment. Remaining balance is due during your scheduled appointment.

  • Prior to booking, please ensure that you have read and understand the FAQ, Precare and Aftercare sections of our website. 

  • Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment.  Appointments occurring within the next 48 hours may not be rescheduled. If you need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, please be advised that your deposit will be non-refundable.

  • If you do not show for a scheduled appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to rebook any appointment.

  • All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service. Please contact us if you are going to be late. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. If you are 20 minutes late or more, this will result in the forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required to reschedule any appointment that was cancelled for lateness. We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances that may arise which could force you to reschedule your appointment, however, please understand that these changes affect the artist and other client's appointment.  

  • Prices are subject to change, however, we will honor the price your appointment was associated with upon booking.  

  • We accept Cash and Venmo as forms of payment.

  • No children under the age 18 are allowed in the procedure room.
